In parallel of Marseille Marathon, teams of four runners (simple friends or representatives of their company or their association) will be in confrontation in a relay covering 42,195 km of the route.

 2010 Relay picture
    •    Thanks to this relay you can be a part of the Marseille Marathon celebration, challenging on a part of the entire mythical marathon (approx. 4 * 10 km)

    •    An agora in the Vieux Port will be dedicated to the cloakroom and to the welcome and the comfort zones.

    •    The relay stations: 3 specific zones in the Michelet Avenue, in the Prado and in the Vieux Port, will be fitted out to the re-laying, welcome and refreshment stations.
    •    The armband Marseille Marathon 2012 will be considered as the baton.
    •    The runners will be conveyed before and after their relay.
    •    Only 200 teams can register

Program of the relay runners on Sunday, March 25th
7:00 a.m: Arrival and breakfast at the Challenge station
8:00 a.m: Cloakroom deposit and departure to the different relay stations
8:30 a.m: Race starting
12:30 a.m: Trophies ceremony in front of the Marseilles council.
