It is with great joy for us to start the registration of the fourth Marseille Marathon and to reopen the doors of Marseille to all runners, athletes, French and foreign athletes.
The 2011 was the year of all records with the bar exceeded the 6000 runners (all races combined), the marathon record for men and women have fallen in with a win in Benoit Z in 2'19''29 and Leopoldina Silveira in 2'54''27

To make this event even more popular, the organization offers in addition to the Marathon, Half Marathon, Relay for Enterprise, Relay du Conseil Régional PACA and MarathonKIDS a new event for women only: "The Ladies".

Friendliness, hospitality, festivity and fun will still be the values of the Marseille Marathon.
